Stayed 4/09/23 for 2 nights Paid $210 per night for king room upstairs. Nice and clean, but not worth $210 a night. Realised at bed time it was actually two single beds pushed together, and the hump in the middle made it uncomfortable to cuddle up with hubby. Would've asked for another room, but they were fully booked according to the sign out front. Was horrified to find the milk in the fridge was actually long life, so had to buy our own milk (yes our choice). My biggest complaint is there was NO WiFi or pay TV...... Was a lovely quite room

This was the perfect family vacation. The hotel was clean and friendly. The room was quiet and comfortable for a great nights sleep. Having parking included and being close enough to walk saved us lots of money. Having a family room where we could close the door to the kids was very nice. We loved it!

We absolutely love this place!! It is very cheap and very cheerful. Straight out the back gate to the beach, an easy walk into town and the staff will do anything they possibly can to make your stay wonderful. This is our 3rd stay and we highly recommend.

Very nice motel. Beds were very comfortable, and it was so convenient being a 5 minute walk from the main shops in the heart of Byron. Andy, Laura and Tanya provided exceptional service, and went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after. They truly care about their guests. I highly recommend this motel

Spent a relaxing week here recently (May). Andy, Tracy & the team were extremely welcoming and helpful. For a 3 star motel, the rooms are neat and clean, the bed is comfortable and the shower water pressure was great! Sure, a few aspects could do with an update but its well priced and situated in an excellent location, 2 mins to Belongil Beach and 5 mins to central Byron. All up, it's excellent value for couples and families. Will definitely stay here again.

The Wollongbar Motel is very well located on Shirley Street, with rear gate access to Belongil Beach and just a few minutes walk into the town centre with the cafes, restaurants, pubs, bakery, grocery stores and Main Beach. We stayed for two nights in a very clean and comfortable room. The staff were helpful and very welcoming, which all made for a pleasant two night family stay in Byron Bay.

This is a small local motel! I really fancy drinking morning coffee out site the door to our room, and get a mornings greeting from the manager.

Stayed here recently during a work trip. Perfect location, great staff and the rooms were amazing! There was access to the beach from the back of the property which was brilliant and only a 3 minute walk into town. Would definitely recommend and 100% would stay here again!!
